My name is Dr. Sarah Cullen, nurse practitioner
Welcome! I'm a doctorate-prepared nurse practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience in the healthcare field. My background includes working in internal medicine, family practice, stroke-neurology, pain management, and wellness. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for individuals across all stages of life and health. My approach is rooted in compassion, clinical expertise, and a deep respect for the whole person. I believe that true healing goes beyond just treating symptoms—it involves understanding your unique story and goals.

Direct Primary Care is a patient-centered healthcare model that offers you access to your provider for a flat visit fee, without the hassle of insurance. It focuses on personalized, proactive care with extended visit times.

Our wellness services are designed to help you look and feel your best, with personalized weight loss programs, men's hormone replacement therapy, and botox injections for both medical and cosmetic purposes.
We also provide IV therapy to boost energy, support hydration, and enhance overall wellness from the inside out.

Specialty Services
Our clinic offers a range of specialty services including migraine management, orthopedic evaluations, trigger point and joint injections, and neural prolotherapy (perineural injections). We also provide comprehensive evaluations for lipedema, supporting patients with personalized treatment strategies.
Payment and Insurance Information
At Akeso Health and Wellness, your health and well-being are our top priorities. To provide the most individualized care, we have chose to not contract with any insurance providers. Insurance frequently imposes restrictions that prioritize standardized, cost-effective treatments over individualized care. By remaining independent of insurance companies, we can focus on delivering high quality care that empowers you to make the best decisions possible in your treatment plan.
This clinic is an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans and has opted out of Medicare. Upon request, the clinic can provide an itemized receipt to the patient to seek reimbursement from their insurance provider, excluding Medicare. Some patients utilize HSA/FSA funds for services. Please check with your insurance provider for eligibility.
